Client Track
Your vision, expertly selected.
For homeowners building or renovating. Choose the level of involvement that fits, from digital design direction you execute yourself, to full white-glove management we run end to end.
Essential
Digital design direction, room by room: two design schemes, mood boards, and full product specifications, with one revision round. You handle purchasing, coordination, and installation. Two-space minimum.
Best for: expert direction, executed on your own
Signature
Everything in Essential, plus site visits, trade coordination, vendor ordering, and a final walkthrough of the completed selections. The decisions and the logistics, fully managed.
Best for: selections handled end to end
Builder Track
Clean spec sheets. Fewer change orders.
We partner directly with builders for on-schedule selections and a complete Specification Schedule with every SKU, finish, vendor, and install detail your contractor needs.
Builder-Contracted
GHSpaces contracts with the builder, then works directly with their homeowner on the design. Essential or Signature scope applies, with a full Specification Schedule for the build.
Spec Build
A flat per-square-foot fee, fixed at signing. No hourly billing, no homeowner feedback loop. Consultation with the builder, then on-schedule selections and a clean spec sheet.
Art & Space Curation
The pieces that become the soul of a room.
A decade of art-framing expertise to select, frame, and place meaningful art. We come to your space to measure and photograph, design two to three framing options per piece at the frame shop, then pick up, deliver, and (optionally) install.
One refined revision round is included: if none of the first options land, we take what you liked and come back with a sharper set.

Schedule a Consultation
A complimentary phone conversation to understand your project, goals, timeline, and the spaces in scope. No fee, no pressure.
Proposal, Contract & Retainer
A precise written proposal built directly from that conversation, covering exactly what we discussed, nothing open-ended. Once you sign and pay the retainer, your spot is reserved.
Walkthrough & Kickoff
Now that the retainer's in, we walk the space and align on the plan. Anything beyond the original proposal is quoted and added on top, so scope and cost stay clear.
Concept & Selections
We develop the concept and make your selections (finishes, materials, fixtures) and review samples together.
Feedback & Revisions
You review, we refine. Your fee includes one to two revision rounds.
Sign-Off & Implementation
You approve the final selections. We hand your contractor a complete Specification Schedule and, on Signature, coordinate trades, order vendors, and manage the project through the build.
Final Walkthrough
We do a final walkthrough of your completed selections, the hard finishes and selections, delivered as promised.
